Executive Advisor Cohort
The Executive Advisor Practice Cohort is a referral-only community for experienced advisors who want to deepen client trust, reduce friction in meetings, and strengthen the psychological side of their practice. Through twice-monthly, peer-driven sessions, advisors refine how they uncover goals, navigate client behavior, and build a more sustainable, fulfilling practice.
The Affirming Advisor Collective
Launching April 2026, The Affirming Advisor Collective is an ongoing professional forum for LGBTQIA+ financial advisors and allies who want a space where identity, client & advisor psychology, and advice can be explored honestly without product pressure. It is a facilitated peer collective designed to create space for thoughtful advisors to:
- Expand understanding of the evolving topics facing LGBTQIA+ individuals, families, and allies to serve all clients with greater competence, empathy, and cultural awareness.
- Deepen client conversations through better understand of client’s biases, behaviors, and perceptions.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with LGBTQIA+ advisors, allied professionals, and affirming client communities to strengthen both practice and belonging.
Coaching/Consulting
Dr. Chaffin works with financial planning firms across business models to help advisors build deeper, more effective client relationships by focusing on the psychology of financial planning—both the client’s behavior and the advisor’s own decision-making and communication. His work emphasizes self-awareness, practical strategies, and behavioral insight to improve client outcomes while helping advisors work more effectively.
